Taste my Karst, sip by sip!

I am Andrej Sardoc, a young winemaker from the Karst region near Trieste. Since 2022, I have cultivated an arid and intense land shaped by the wind and kissed by the sea. My first collection captures the soul of the Karst.
Each sip is a journey through the light, flavors, and colors of my land.

Still wines

Malvazija

A dry, fragrant white wine with a savoury character. Pairs beautifully with white meats, vegetable risottos and fresh cheeses.

Vitovska

A dry, fresh and delicate white wine. Ideal with vegetarian starters, herb-infused dishes and seasonal vegetables.

Teran

A lively, fresh red wine with notes of red berries. An excellent match for cured meats, grilled meats and traditional dishes.

Sparkling wines

Malvazija Brut Spumante

A refreshing sparkling wine with a dry taste. Perfect as an aperitif, with vegetarian bites and fresh cheeses.

Malvazija Brut Classic

A dry brut sparkling wine. Pairs beautifully with cured meat and cheese boards, as well as white meat dishes.
